This gun was serviced and customised by John in 2019. After getting to know John quite well in his later years, he took on this commission to reduce the 3 stroke cocking action to a 2 stroke sub 12ftlb delight. John reduced the 80mm volume by creating customised piston rods and fitting new springs. This became an enjoyable personal project for John, and he ended up honing the HOTS system and trigger as well. Sufice to say it is at its best thanks to JW. Superbly accurate.
The man was a genius. And will be sadly missed, not only for his airgun knowledge and skills but for his home made cider and good humour!
