This gun has had a complete action rebuild. A 22mm skirtless piston, set up by Tony Leach with a 77mm stroke length. T06 trigger now adjusted to be 8mm set back.
Pushes out AA Express at 11ftlb effortlessly and consistently. The gun shoots superbly - very very accurate indeed.
One idiosyncrasy of Tony’s tune is that the action needs to to be thumbed forward in the stock (on it’s sled) each time you disengage the safety before firing. This is now habitual.
New stock inletting can be fashioned but I have never felt the need.
